16 LED Tail lights
Don't know but I'm quite sure that it would be very expensive to do. Some of us, including me, have changed our previous year ES over to LED taillights some time ago. I did mine in 2013. Ordered the parts and it took about an hour to do. Cost about $50.00. There is a previous thread with photos involving switching to LED taillights. Also did all interior as well as trunk lights to LED. No problems in 3 years...
Check out this link - I think it's the one for switching out to LED's.

The answer is "probably". The shape of the opening for the lamps is likely the same. In some instances the new design lamps have a slightly different fitting shape which makes it difficult but usually not.
For instance the 2005 refresh ES330 lamps don't quite fit into the 2002-2004 ES even though the shape is the same. But the 2010 refresh ES350 lamps fit in the 07-09 just fine.
