Default code p1354

I have a 2001 es 300 I'm getting p1354 codes along with cylinders 2 4 6 misfiring Along with multiple abs codes. Could this issue be the varible timing senso going bad on that side of the motor

Yes, it could. Pull the oil feed lines to each bank and check the filters (small mesh cones in the inlet).

If they are good, pull the OCVs and test them on the bench - apply 12v across the leads and see if they actuate. If they seem good, swap them and see if the problem moves to the other bank.
