I have an 03 es300 with 120k my transmission is acting up I don't think its the typical hesitation problem i mostly notice it when it shifts from 1st to 2nd it shifts pretty rough from time to time and kind of jumps a little bit a friend who is a little more mechanically inclined then i said it was slipping but that doesnt seem correct to me ive read that these transmissions are pretty horrid should i get a transmission swap or is there some sort of product i could use any info helps i'm just looking to be guided in the right direction any help is much appreciated

Edit: I tend to be a fairly heavy footed driver and ive put about 30k miles on it im pretty sure it hasnt always shifted hard like it does it may have a bit but it has definitely gotten worse
