Default Remote Problems

After reading through my 2015 Lexus ES300H Owner's Manual, I came across several areas of interest.
The first is regarding Smart Access System with Push Button Start, on page 127-140, which addresses door locks, trunk, antenna effective range, etc.

Page 162, Memory Recall Function, which addresses storing memory info in your fob(s). Also, P170 addresses seat and steering wheel positions using seatbelt. See P175 for pass. side mirror setting for backup.
See p319 for Hill-start Assist Control. Another useful area starts on page 730, Customizable Features and Page 760, Troubleshooting, which handles, "Doors can't be locked or unlocked" and "Keys locked in trunk".

I have my owner's manual in PDF format, that make it easy to search for a subject easily. Your title is "Remote Problems" what problem are you having? Have you tried the Enform Remote app?

Sorry for the confusion. I should have said "Help in Solving Remote Problems".
I couldn't find how to edit the title.

Having the manual(s) in PDF format is a good idea. Currently, I have about 20 pages dog-eared!

Is the PDF version available online?

Is the Enform Remote app part of the installed package, or is it downloadable?

I've only had this new vehicle since December 30, 2014, so I'm still "wet behind the gears".

The pdf manual I have is for the 2013 model year and there have been changes. I am not sure the full 2015 manual is online but you can sign up at http://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home and get sections by subject in pdf format. You can just save the sections on your computer for future reference. Enform Remote is an app for the iPhone, not sure if the have it for Android yet. Free for 1st year and you pay a yearly fee after that. It lets you start the car from anywhere, locate the car on a map, check doors, windows, gas remaining.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, Lexus seems to be totally ignoring the Windows Phone OS 8.1 and probably 10, as well! That is strange, because they do use Bing. Also, the HERE mapping app is far superior to the one they are currently using. It is a shame that I have to use my Smartphone for mapping. At least, I can use Pandora thru the car!

I was signed up, but didn't realize that I could download the manual(s).
I just downloaded the main manual (all 784 pages!). Glad I have a 4TB external drive!!
