How difficult is it to change the plugs in a ES 350? And can you change the back ones with out removing anything? And what number spark plugs are in the back (1,3,5 or 2,4,6)?

Not to sound facetious but the search function is your best friend.

 

The fronts are easy to change but the back ones are real PITA. You have to remove the intake manifold and the bar.

 

My mechanic changed it without removing without removing the block head, real hard but possible.

 

Block head?

 

There are several Youtube videos showing the spark plug replacement on Lexus and V6 Toyotas. You might be able to remove the back plugs without removing the upper intake, but the amount of work is about the same either way.
