I know of the GROM adapter, but I'm looking for the best Bluetooth solution that I can add to my factory radio that has the Satellite radio feature. I want to connect my phone via Bluetooth to handle calls, and if possible, listen to music. I'm wanting a solution that offers good filtering of background noise and allows for crystal clear sound on my end. Call quality is very important to me.

Thank you! I just got the car and love it, with the exception of no hands-free solution built in. Granted, it is from 2005 but I liked having that in my F-150 I had before the car.
