Default 2000 es300 tachometer

Taachometer suddenly stopped working. Is there a fuse in its circuit?

I doubt there is a single fuse running just the tachometer. If you blew a fuse you'd probably loose the entire cluster of gauges.

On those old 1MZ motors, I'm not really sure what Toyota used to calculate engine speed. Probably either a crankshaft or camshaft position sensor. I don't think if I've ever run into this issue on a Toyota/Lexus before. Does the car drive ok? In most cars if you have one of these sensors go bad it causes a misfire in the engine, and you get a CEL..
