Anyone aware of what changes Lexus will make for the 2015 ES 300/350 model series?

Probably kind of early to know, since the 2014s have only been out for a couple of months.

No knowledge of upcoming changes, but it would be reasonable to expect a newer-generation Nav system, since it arrived on several other Lexus models this year.
