ES 300 code P0014

ES 300 code P0014
My 2003 ES 300 sometime got Check Engine light on after timing belt changing with P0014 code. It is on and off without any change on the car performance.
The car is running well , at 30 mpg on freeway and 23 mpg on combine of city and high way.
Would somebody help me out w/ this issue
