Unhappy Fuel filter won't budge?! Help please

hey guys

just trying to remove my fuel filter i got the top and bottom lines off but trying to slacken the hex screw which tightens the fuel filter holder

i want to take out the fuel filter now but just dont have any clearance to loosen that sideways facing screw because of the the purge canister right beside it and the air system above it
tried a socket doesnt fit and tried open-end spanners etc

would you guys be able to throw some tips

thanks guys

If you have a 3ES, the bracket is held in with a 10 or a 12mm bolt. I had the intake tubes removed for more clearance.
