By fender, do you mean front quarter panel? My accident prone friend found someplace on the web that sells inexpensive aftermarket replacement body panels to fix a crushed quarter on his Mitsubishi.
I remember they had ES parts there, I was pricing a replacement grille, but I realized only I would notice the tiny hairline crack in my current one, and the money could be spent on other improvements.
I'll try to find out the name of the site, or you could try running a Google search on something like "Lexus quarter panel".
