Default Weird alignment issue, car pulls both ways?

Hey all. Almost as simple as the title says. My car will literally tug one way or another. I recently put upper strut mounts in (it did this before the new strut mounts, but it seems more pronounced after, also as a side note the suspension looked fine, of course that's just by visualization) I can be driving down the road and it can be pulling off toward the ditch. Other times i can have to pull hold the wheel so that it does not steer across the double yellow. This has nothing to do with roads being tilted to drain. It can literally hold a straight line or sometimes even pull up a road that is noticeably banked. The car can even make longer sweeping turns without me even holding the wheel. Its ridiculous. My tires are wearing perfectly after 30-40k has been put on them, got them two years ago. Im not a big suspension guru, but this is not a phenomenon im used to or could find much concrete info about. Anyone had this issue?

Thanks for any help.

-side note- at last trip to get tires i told the shop if i needed an alignment to go ahead and do one, they came back and said it didnt look like it was necessary and that the tires previously with 50-60k on them had worn perfectly.
-It almost feels that once i fixed my strut mounts (thank god because those were terribly loud) everything seemed much tighter and more responsive and that it made the issue much more pronounced.

*EDIT* might help if i told you it was a 1998 es300
