Anyone know what size sub enclosure will fit under back dash of an '03 ES300?

I want to add a sub to my daughters car but she has the car at college.

I'm looking at this JL powerd enclosure:

Width 24-1/4"
Height 14-1/2"
Depth 13-1/8"
Second Depth 8-1/4"

According to Crutchfield, the trunk specs are:
Width (side to side) = 39", Height = 16", Depth (front to rear) = 30" at bottom, 30" at top.

But, I'm still not sure about the height under the back dash.
