Merry Christmas Cried. Do youy know if your car is on the London Highway cargo ship? Your dealer should know. Mine is and left Japan December 12. I have read online that it is due at the Panamal Canal between December 23rd and 25th, then off to Jacksonville, FL with a estimated arrival date of December 28. Since it is still in the Pacific Ocean somewhere I have not been able to track it. I hope that as it gets closer to Panama it will show up on http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/
Monday 12/24/12 update. After 23 hours in the Panama Canal the London Highway ship carrying my ES300h and several other posters on this thread is in the Caribbean Sea headed for Jacksonville. It looks like it will arrive around 11PM on December 27 and be unloaded the next day. Looks like the trip from Japan, it left on the 12th, to Jacksonville, FL will take a total of 15 days, not bad.
So Im not sure if my vehicle is on the London Highway or not, but it seems it may be, as my vehicle is due to arrive in NY port on 12/31. Seeing as how the London Highway is currently in Jackson port, hopefully the next stop is NY, then for some reason the dealer said he wouldn't have the car until sometime between Jan 10-Jan 15. Considering that NY is only about 3 hours driving from Boston, I can't understand why it takes 10-15 days for the dealer to have my vehicle.
Anyway the good news is another 2-3 weeks and I should have my car!!!
For all new custom order people, when they say 4 months they mean it!!! Im sure it will be worth the wait once I am driving it.
Here is my update:
Ordered September 22
Left Japan December 12
At Jacksonville, FL Port December 28
Dealer tells me I may be able to pick it up on December 31. I hope he is correct.

Yes. It's been a long wait. If they unload quickly, my car should arrive at the dealership by Dec 31 as well. I'm currently without a vehicle...I sold my '11 ES 350.

I just checked on the London Highway, it left Jacksonville, FL last evening and is headed for the port in Newark, NJ. This is from marinetraffic.com - Destination: US EWR, ETA: 2012-12-29 22:00 (UTC). To unload a couple of thousand cars it takes a few hours so it will all be done on the 29th or 30th since the arrival is estimated to be 5 PM they may wait to the 30th to unload.
12/30/12 1:21 PM Eastern Time Update: Destination: US EWR ETA: 2012-12-30 23:30 (UTC) looks like the last ETA was a bit off, now due in port 6:30 PM tonight so offloading will most likely be on 12/31/12.

Anybody know how long it takes to process the cars before they load up on the trailer?
I checked with my dealer today and my car isn't showing as one of the Dec 31st arrivals.
3 days from ship arrival at port to my dealer if he is correct. I will find out Monday
I emailed my salesperson this morning and was informed that the car was not delivered. As of now he does not have a date that it will be trucked up from Jacksonville. I thought 3 days was too good to be true.
The vehicle I ordered in September arrived in Jacksonville on the 26th. The dealer told be the car would be at the dealership on the 29th but actually only arrived very late yesterday afternoon. It was definitely worth the wait! I liked my '11 ES350 but the 300h is noticeably improved.

Congratulations!!! At least the wait is over for one of us.
