My cigarette lighter does not work. My first thought was that the fuse has blown. However, the owners manual is not good like American manuals that show you a diagram or listing of what fuse is associated with what electrical device. Does anyone know what fuse is associated with the cigarette lighter? I am not referring to the connection point in the console for charging cell phones and the like. I am referring to the dashboard point. I want to be able to hook my GPS up without using that other point.

If anyone does know, please give highly accurate and understandable instructions on how to locate it. It might even be one of those fuse cartridges and not one of those smaller, easy to pull, colored pull out fuses. I pulled all of those but didn't see anything burned out.
