Unhappy Paint job

The paint on my new ES300 seems to chip very easily.
Is this common for a Lexus?

Sounds like the person who did the paint job either neglected or didn't do a good job priming your car. I remember my front bumper and fender had very visible paint chips a few months ago. Luckily, the parts were still under the 1-year warranty after they were replaced, so I got a free paint job from the dealership. Now the bumper and fender look like showroom-quality
