I have a 2000 ES 300 that pretty much always displays the dash symbol indicating I have a light bulb out on the lower left of the dash. It is only on when the headlights are on. Yes, every bulb accept for the headlamp bulbs have been replaced with oem Lexus bulbs. Sometimes the indicator light will flicker on/off. Any thoughts? Thanks

 

Check the bulb sockets for signs of corrosion.

 

mine does the same thing ... its the connector ... replaced , took a bump, happened aggain ... now i dont care everything work...

 

if you did all of that, its the weak *** alternator they used from the camry...

When the Avalon has all the same toys but it has a 100 amp alternator vs. the 80 ours come with.

That is the easiest fix, from what i've read. The car just can't support all the accessories that the ES has.
