my 2002 es300 jerks/jumps whenever i shift it into drive..i have taken to several mechanics and now to the lexus dealer and still nothing...all of the mechanics told me it is an electrical problem but cannot pinpoint the location..has anyone had this problem occur to them???

 

Mine has a similar issue when I shift into reverse. It's not that hard but it's clearly noticeable and annoying. What's weird is that it doesn't do it when the engine is idling around 1800 rpm in the morning.

 

check your transmission and engine mounts.
