WTB Side Mirror 2003 ES300

I'm looking for a passenger side mirror for my 2003 ES300. I could get by with just the mirror backing plate but I'm willing to purchase the whole assembly if need be.

What color, unless you wanna dish out cash for an OEM new replacement than I'd go with a wrecked one from ebay/craiglist.

I already bought the OEM replacement, crazy expensive but the search for a wrecked part was not going anywhere, thank you for the reply!
