Default Knock sensor change

any experience this ?? is it really that hard to get the intake manifold off ??? I'm asking cause I'm not sure if i should attempt to change it or bring it to someone to do it. Doesn't seem hard in my opinion but just time consuming.

roughly 2-4 hour, i will need to change my ks harness this week, so i will post a diy with pics. note that when u are doing a knock sensor replacement, you must change gaskets for intake manifold/throttle body or reseal (depending on your mileage), and replace bypass coolant hose. i will be in 20s degree weather so this should breeze lol
