I just brought the car two months ago, it has .06 DVD should I update.If so can I do it myself or do I have to go to a dealer and pay over $200 ?

I just purchased the Nav upgrade for my 2007 ES350. I've heard several opinions about where the disk is located and how to get it out. Does anyone really know where the disk is and how to swap it out for a new one???
