You'll have to remove the center console and the control panel. From there, unscrew and remove the face plate to where you'll have access to the lights. I recommend you replace them with LED's, I believe the bulbs are type: 74.

1. Remove Center Console Trim Pieces (All Pop out)
2. Unscrew Cigarrete lighter console
3. Remove additional trim to access screws
4. Unscrew and remove AC console
5. Remove Face and replace lights
6. Put back together


There are some threads about this on CL, maybe not specifically for the ES, but they are still helpful.

 

It's possible something could have blown or gotten loosened up, or it could just be the bulbs.
