Default Transmission question?

I have a 2es with about 183k miles on it. Whenever i shift my car into reverse, my car jerks. Idk why it does that, does anyone know why? I'm a noobie about transmission. But any help would be great. Thanks

I don't think its your transmission. That seems to be busted motor mounts. The bushing in the mounts are busted causing the jerk you feel when you shift. The bushing plays as shock absorber when the engines moves.

This might be a stupid question, but how do you fix it?
