Default xenon lights

I have a 2007 ES-350 and my HID headlights are a little low and raise up when I depress brake pedal, not a happy camper with this car so far, any replies welcome. Thanks

Maybe they raise slightly as your front end nose dives slightly upon braking?

Sounds like they are working correctly. What exactly is the problem? They are trying to keep level, so as the front end of the car dips down, they raise up to compensate. If you think the beam cut-off it too low (which it is from the factory, many sedans are), then raise them up. Its an easy 2-3 minute DIY process. Search here for a how-to.
