My sister lost her keys. Car is 99 ES300. She went to a local Lexus dealer, and was told to tow the car in. They will have to replace the whole computer, and have to purchase two new master keys, and labors. Total is around 2k. Her car is worth around 3k. I told her to find another ES300 that is totalled, then replace the whole thing, but I dunno. Any recommend? Thanks.

 

No way no how to two thou! Do NOT get the "official" Lexus fix. You need to do a search in this ES300 forum for "keys". So I don't have to type yet another long post on the subject.
