Default Issue with Sun-Visor Vanity Light.

MY car is a 2001 ES300, but just to put it in perspective, the following is the only problem I am having with my car, so its no big deal compared to some other people's threads that I am reading here, but if some one can help I would still appreciate it.

When my wife tries to use the Sun Visor's vanity light (Passenger side), both bulbs flicker rapidly. If I squeeze the sun-visor with mu fingers, the flickering stops and the lights become steady. If I pull out the side extension all the way out, than the lights go out all together. So obviously, there is some sort of wiring/switch problem inside the sun visor, but I have no idea how to take it apart, or even if its possible without breaking it.

So my question is: Does anyone know if its possible to take apart the sun visor's vanity mirror assembly without breaking it, so that I can get to the wiring inside, and hopefully fix it?

Phil
