Default Help!!! Engine Problems

Hi everybody,
I am having the worst time trying to Figure out whats going on with my
1999 Lexus Es300.

The Problem:
When the car gets up to operating temp. I can feel the car hesitate, along with what sounds like a misfire. It will also flood the motor with gas that doesnt seem to be igniting. Then OBD will start spitting out codes like an ignitor malfunction along with the VVT malfunction. The car will also stop going into the overdrive gears after awhile. Yesturday on my way to work when it was a little cooler outside all the engine+VSC+VSC off light just went off by there selves and the car was running better. Then after driving today the problems came back.

What Iv checked:
checked all coils
replaced all spark plugs
new o2 sensor both
new temp, sensor
new Cat
(Everything Checks out to be fine)

I believe there is an oil sensor asscoiated with the VVti system. I experienced a similar problem and believe it or not the dealer repaired/replaced it and the cost was minimal.
