Exclamation Need Help..2ES300 Drinking Gas!!!!

I need help from ANYONE out there. My ES is drinking WAY too much gas. I only get about 200 miles to the tank. I have a CEL that is saying EGR Insufficient flow. Would this cause me to have THIS bad of gas mileage. I have a EGR that I am getting put on soon, I just wanted to know if this would cause my gas mileage to be this low. I have checked the tire pressure and it is fine. I have no other troubles, other than a lil hesitation when I floor it..maybe like 1 or 2 secs. If anyone has any idea's...PLEASE HELP!!!!

Somethimes the EGR valve is fine and the EGR pipe is clogged badly. Check out both. Also bad O2 sensors can make your gas mileage drop a lot and hinder performance.

It is a 94 ES. It has 170K on it...But the engine was just replaced. The new engine has 70k on it.
