Tipping a SA is just wrong. If I am a SA it would be an insult to tip me. It's not like SA works on minimum wages or lower than us. But I do agree IF the SA does way extra miles to help you on things dealerships normally wouldn't do, then a tip might be appropriate.

IMO the best tip is to send compliment letter to the SA's boss or customer relation so he/she can get bonus for the good work

 

SA are paid by commission. If you want to make them happy, give them an A+ on the survey.
