Question replacing a key and programming 2002

Hi,
I have a 02' ES300.
I purchased an uncut key which needs to be cut of course and programmed. I purchased the key on-line for $70+. What is the next step? Best place to get it cut? How do I program this key if need be?
thanks in advance

the only way is to go to the dealer and have your blank key laser cut and transponder programmed.
