Unhappy Slow start up and acceleration

Hi All,

ES350 UL 2007.

After the 20K service, I feel the car to be a bit sluggish. While moving from a red light stop its slow to accelarate and when pushed makes quite a lot of engine noise. I can feel the slow acceleration. This happens even when the car has warmed up but more in cold weather. I know the dealer did something with the tranny at the 20k service and ever since the car is more like a camry than an ES. Have shown it to the dealer and even the Lexus technician has road tested it and they say " operating as designed", but there is a huge diff between pre and post 20k service performance. Earlier the car use to fly and was absolutely quiet( more like what you expect from a lexus and 270 hp car), now lot of noise no performance. Even on the highway I can feel it while changing lanes etc. Is anybody else experiencing the same issue?
