Hey, has anyone ever ordered rims from wheelmax.com. I am planning on it, but I have heard alot of bad stories about them. If anyone has any stories or anything, please let me know. Thanks

 

If a place has a bad reputation on forums or anywhere, I'd stay away. That's alot of money to take a chance with, and if people have had alot of problems with them, I wouldn't want to take any chance of getting screwed out of a couple thousand dollars.

 

I agree with Kyle, it sounds a little risky.

For a good deal on rims, check with ngobros2000@aol.com His name is Charlie. I bought a brand new set of Platinum Edition rims from him on Ebay. I paid $600 for a set of 4 plus $75 shipping - see it here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...91493&r=0&t=0. They arrived in mint condition, well packaged, and within 7 days via UPS. He even threw in a brand new set of lug nuts and center caps for free. My local Lexus dealer wanted $1400 +tax (no lugs, no caps).

I don't know what he currently has in stock - just check his auctions. Excellent deals and a nice person.
