Poor StepChild
I love my 92 ES300. I've had many more expensive cars and as I get older, I'm now not as focused on the $ and prestige, but rather the feel, and satisfaction I personally get from the car.
I truly enjoy this vehicle.
My peeve is that it seems the the ES300 is somewhat of an Evil stepchild in the Luxus lineup. There are so few aftermarket parts available for dressing it up a bit, such as a body kit etc.
Looking at the forums, there are a number of messages about boday kits but no success in actually finding a reliable dealer of such in US/Canada. It seems that the car possibly has an image as being a bit too staid for such applications. Too bad. The Japanese kits look good but ridiculously expensive to get into North America.
Anyway my 2 cents.
Cheers,
