Default Speed dial won't delete

I was changing my speed dial settings today and noticed one position that wouldn't delete.
I then deleted all of them to see if this would work and nothing. The same speed dial person is still in place, even though it says all slots are open. I then deleted and resynced my entire contacts list to see if this would remove it and nothing. It's still there and won't delete.

Ideas? Way to get it to delete?

I have navi.

Is it the sixth position on the first speed dial screen? If so, this isn't a speed dial, that position is reserved for the last number you dialed. In case you need to dial it again.

Oh ok. Sorry for my stupid question. Yes it is the sixth position. Thank you.

What happens when you sell the car? I assume a battery disconnect will delete it?

There's a function in there somewhere that does a total wipe of all settings including the speed dial, phonebook and NAV... When I traded an RX400h in a year ago I did the total wipe. The instructions were in the manual somewhere. Don't forget to wipe out your homelink garage door settings too. There's instructions for that in the manual as well.
