Default brake light

I have a 1999 lexus es300 and sometimes when I first warm the car the brake light comes on and won't go off for a while. It does eventually go off but the next morning its back on. Anyone have the same problem or any suggestions???

fill your reservoir with brake fluid, had the same problem when I first bought my 2000 and it went away after I put some brake fluid in it. Look the sensors for reservoir are really sensative.
