Hi,

The "tail lamp problem indicator light" is glowing all the time in the dash, in my ES330 (05 Model).

I assume it should glow if one of the lights were blown off. Even when the lights are turned off, I can see this warning light in my dash.

My tail lamp (both) are working when I switch on the lights. When I press the brakes, I dont see the other 2 glowing, while the one behind the rear windshield glows. Any suggestions?

One other issue is that the window for one of the rear passenger does not slide down.

The vehichle is under warranty. Can I take it to Lexus to get these two fixed? Will they charge me for this?

Might be the window regulators, and that should be covered in warranty. That's not very good quality for an 05 gee.
