A good custom muffler/exhaust place should be able to fab one for you for 1/6th-1/4 of that price.

I went ahead and purchased the magnaflow one and will post pics on it and deinstall and reinstall of the parts I was able to get it for 275 shipped

I went to lexus and bought new gaskets and bolts it came up to $25 which is not to bad considering I got it from lexus.

Yeah the part comes in tomorrow from UPS and I will take pictures of it before it goes on the car and take pictures of the old one to compare the quality and how bad the old one is. Monroe muffler is charging me $100 to do the swap which isnt to bad so I will keep you guys posted

 

ok guys had my new flex pipe installed yesterday. The only problem I have is that I hear a rattling sound coming from the exhaust when I reach higher RPMs, I wonder if the heatshield is loose or if the catalytic convertor heat shield is loose on the cat. Dont know exactly so im taking it back to the shop on friday so they can look at it. Let me know if you guys have an ideas so I can tell the shop to look at.
