tachometer not working 1993 es300

hey all, my tachometeter barely moves, it hovers around 250rpms and goes up to a max of 1500rpm, how do i get this thing to read correctly??

No idea... but my guess is ur cluster is hooped. Did you make any modifications to your cluster?
