Default Radiator problems

My 1993 ES300 blew a hole in the top of the radiator it overheated and died on the parkway. I had it towed home. The car started the next day and I moved it several times. I added water to it because I was going to take it to a garage to have the radiator installed, but then it wouldn't start. I drained the gunk from the cooling system and installed the radiator myself. The car still won't start. The oil looks fine so I don't think I have a blown head gasket. I also replaced the spark plugs just in case they had become fouled. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
