Where is the differencial "Drain" plug?
opp's I mean 'differential '...Hello..bought a extremley clean used '94 300ES..I'm doing the fluids & maintance on it..I changed the transmission fluid to amsoil. I don't have a service manual (& can't get the free download one for some reason#@%@) but can someone tell me where the differential drain plug is located? & how much fluid does it take..thanks

..thanks for the reply..I know on our '97 Chrysler LHS is front wheel dr., & has a seperate box where the "Gears" are & that fluid is about 1 quart.It should be change regularly. I could be wrong but I thought some of the previous posts do address it,..can't find it..tks
All transaxles have a differential section of the trans... The drain plug is on the lower side of the diffential (the section where the axles are) there is also a fill plug... it takes just under a us.quart (0.8) of Dextron 2... acording to the capacity chart in my fsm (93)
