Cigarette lighter doesn't work, not sure if I need a new lighter or if it's something else. I tried to use a lighter from a toyota Rav 4 but didn't work. But the lighter outlet under the arm rest works as a cell phone charger but if I connect the cigarette lighter in it, it doest work.

 

I don't think its ment to you should try the one below the climate control.

 

I know this is an old thread but I'm having a problem....actually both cigarette lighter and lighter outlet inside or arm rest does not work. I don't smoke but I use it for cel phone and sometimes 12v air pump to add some air to my tire. Is it a fuse(where is a fuse box for these?) or something is disconnected? Any help will be appliciated.

fuse box is under the hood to the right near the front of the intake. if the fuse for the outlets isnt there its lower left side of the steering wheel just above where the hood release is. the cover pulls right off.
