Default Projector Mess-up

When I got into my accident, courtesy replaced my passenger headlight assembly. When i look into the projector, you can see black basically, nice and clean. But my old drivers side projectors are all cloudy. How do i clean em? pics, directions?

The directions are for an SC, but the procedure is the same. And while you are at it, you could take out the orange piece and have some clear headlights!
