disc changer help....error3 message?

disc changer help....error3 message?
My 6 disc changer has been acting up for a month now. Sometimes it makes noises before ejecting a disc, and now has completly quit working. I have 3 discs stuck in the changer and it won't do anything. I keep getting "error3"...what does this mean? Thanks
