Ground Loop Insulator ?

Has anyone installed a Ground Loop Insulator for their aftermarket stereo in a 92-96 ES??

i installed a radioshack GLI in my CarPC system and it got rid of the alternator whine but not the hissing and interference i'm getting. I will be trying a stinger GLI from ebay and see if it will get rid of the hissing.
