Where's the coolant temp sensor?
Hello, ClubLexus. I don't own a Lexus, just trying to troubleshoot a friend's overheating problem(s). So far this site's provided great information relative to his particular year, etc.
In any event, as the title says, where is the coolant temperature sensor? Thanks in advance!
By the by, I have immense respect for ES300's. I once had to drive another friend's ES 100 miles with the radiator full of about 10 pounds of mud. He'd parked it in a hill, bent the frame at the front and rear, pushed the radiator back about four inches among other things. It overheated to the point of shooting steam three times all the while pouring coolant on the freeway and the damn thing wouldn't quit running. Still runs, matter of fact.
