Quick Question on Cargo Net

I have 02 Es300 and just ordered cargo net for it. Now net only has 2 loops on the top... so there is nothing at the bottom? i thought there were something at the bottom to hold it as well. am i wrong?

some models have hooks on the bottom, but not all of them. i guess yours is the one without
