Steering Question
Since I purchased my ES350, I always found the steering to be very "loose". What I mean by this is in my opinion there is a lot of play and the steering should be more responsive to the touch. Now I know this is a luxury vehicle and it's not going to have the responsiveness as a vehicle equipped with a performance package. However, to me it should be "tighter".
I recently sent my car in for the 5K service and because of scheduling issues they had to provide a loaner car for me. When I drove this loaner (ES350) I noticed it's steering was not as "loose" as mine and I preferred this feel over my vehicle.
Could I have an issue with mine? Can the dealer tighten up the steering in my car? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Your responses would be appreciated.

I think there must be a way to adjust steering play.
The ease of steering is wonderful but I did notice in my second ES350 it is very slightly more resistant than former so it seems there must be a means to adjust this.
Now, having said slightly more resistant in current ES350, it is still an easy to use power steering system and better than others I have driven.
