What is it likely?

I've been told that it may be my mounds that are bad, but I have no clue to what it might be. When I turn is noise comes from the wheels, any clue what it might be I dont think my shocks are bad.

Please describe the noise, it sounds like axles to me, since its coming from your wheels.
