Default How to program homelink

Hi All,
I just purchased a 2000 ES. I am assuming the three buttons on the visor are the homelink buttons I can program for my garage door opener... I was not given the owners manual when I purchased the car so if anyone can post directions on how to do so , I would surely appreciate it. Thanks.
