Default signal problem (again)

I keep replacing front signal bulbs. They only last a couple days. I'm thinking there may be a problem with the bulb housing or something. The bulbs are fine, when I take them out and reinstall it it works again for a little while.Has anyone else had this problem? Whta should I do? Thanks! My car is a 99 es 300 btw.

The contacts for the bulb socket may be a little corroded. Try to get some contact cleaner solution from an electronics shop like Radio Shack and clean those contacts. That may be the reason why your signal bulbs continue to fail.

Also this is widely obvious, but make sure not to use your bare hands (instead, wear rubber gloves) when handling new bulbs since any oils or fingerprints could shorten the life of the bulb.

the problem could be from cracked or loose light box its self. because when moist air or rain gets inside the box it blows your light bulb. i use to have the same problem with my camry's brakelights.

BINGO- my 95 ES front turn signal would quit working and I'd get the fast blink. if I went and lightly smacked the headlight housing it would fix it. this was only in the light that accumulated moisture in it(drivers side).
